Position Summary: Responsible for the operation of cash registers, providing customer service, and maintaining shelf stock. 8 days prorated sick leave annually.

Must IL license to practice. Peform physical examinations of patients to evaluate health and diagnose illnesses. 2-4 years of clinical work experience.

Employee must be in good standing (employment/corrective action history, performance evaluation, etc.) to be considered for an internal transfer.

Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license. Masters Degree in specialty of practice or completed alternative certification requirements for graduates of nurse
