Handle incoming telephone inquiries, continuously improving ones ability to offer customer immediate, accurate responses and resolutions thereby minimizing

In this role, they know the ins and outs of all our product offerings, manage employees, emails, phone calls, chats and service tickets.

Answering incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate staff member when necessary. Distribute incoming faxes and fax outgoing information as needed

In addition, this position is also responsible for uploading artwork requests into our art system while providing excellent customer service by answering art
