Funnel all direct messages and comments through the appropriate channels (ie, room reservations go to reservations team, event inquiries go to sales team).

Handle cash and credit transactions with customers. Maintain clean and tidy front-end area. Experience in retail, cashier or sales preferred but not required.

Work with marketing department to develop print and on-line promotional materials. Recruiting and hiring staff and develop training programs.

This role will also drive process engineering in identifying opportunities for automation, improvement of existing automations, and overseeing implementation.

Understand and execute all tasks related to registers including till counting, serving customers, and maintaining proper supplies.
