Answer and screen incoming calls to VP, Chief People Officer office and provide backup coverage for receptionists. Open and sort all incoming mail/faxes.

Discuss advance care planning with responsible party upon admission and as per state regulations and complete necessary documents.

Answers the telephone using the companys professional greeting and taking complete, accurate and detailed messages. Participates in company training programs.

Valid state issued drivers license in good standing and acceptable driving record. Current Funeral Director license is highly preferred.
