Assure the readiness of the reception area for each working day; open the building at the designated time and have all front desk activities fully operational

Answer phones promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system; answering client inquiries about basic animal care and routine procedures, questions

Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Define functional requirements; conduct detailed analysis of alternative solutions; design complex system enhancements and interfaces; develop prototype systems
