HOI Vending is looking for career-oriented individuals who have a commitment to service, integrity, and community as well as an aptitude to solve problems to serve as Vending Route Drivers. Qualified individuals will be invited to interview to join our amazing team at our Streator, IL facility, to help us uphold and maintain the best customer service experience! The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. We pay salary based on experience, with full time day hours as well as we offer insurance after the first 90 days and at that time we also re-evaluate your pay scale!

Experience preferred but is not required we are always willing to train the right people! Integrity drives everything we do at HOI Vending and we desire to have team members who live out this value!

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information and new ideas in the daily meetings
• Drive an HOI delivery truck within the Central-Illinois area
• Fill vending machines in a dedicated route to offices, universities, hospitals and other facilities with food and beverage products
• Keep machines clean and functioning properly
• Interact with customers on your vending route in a cheerful and friendly manner, ready to help when asked.
• Manage inventory in the machines by keeping accurate records

Job Requirements

• A good driving record and a valid Illinois driver’s license
• Authorization to work in the U.S. with a valid Social Security number
• Super dependability—you must show up for work!
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow established processes
• Physical fitness ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers
• Willingness to learn/adapt to new routes as needed
