Assist in answering customer calls and sales representative emails. From $25 to $27 per hour. Provide administrative support for sales representative team.

Prepare weekly check runs to include setting up payments via online banking, record payments, send payment notifications and filing of paid invoices;

Experience in business strategy and workplace planning and design a plus. Comfortable communicating design concepts and processes.

The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

Degree related to facility engineering, local municipal license and/or multiple certificates in various crafts preferred. Valid Drivers license required.
