Minimum Requirements: Position requires a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public administration, business

Intermediate competency in systems engineering, controls engineering, electrical design, building automation systems and software, AI/ML analytics, and

Treat guests with courtesy, friendliness and respect and provide responsive service. Provide porter service to the guests as required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Deliver products and conduct assessments. Support customers in resolving issues.

Generate payments and distribute checks; Open and distribute mail and emails; and. Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports;
