Individual must have a college education and a minimum of 5 years of commercial or industrial construction experience.

Sounds alarm or calls police or fire department by telephone in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons. CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred;

High responsiveness to emails and calls is critical, especially during the onboarding process and when working on tickets/deployments.

PHR certification is a plus. Assist in development/implementation of human resources policies and procedures and assist in communicating them to employees.

You have a current food handlers card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law. You have excellent guest service skills.
