One or more years of experience in a receptionist/administrative position. Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.

Experience with Quickbooks Pro and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be detail oriented, organized, and have exceptional communication skills.

Answer phone calls, return voicemails, respond to emails, create excel/word documents. Must be great communicating via email or phone calls with clients.

Have a valid Maine Drivers License with a good driving record. Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
