Overseeing the design and construction of all aspects of client construction improvements, including but not limited to coordinating, managing and contracting

Full authority to develop cost proposals, negotiate, and sign award/modification paperwork. Manage project budgets; responsible for forecasting, managing change

Calculate/ amortize and record the month-end GL entry to relieve crop investments / cost of inputs. Office equipment to be used (not inclusive list): 10-key

Exceptional sales and customer service. Maintain sales goals and performance expectations. Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred). Assist with shipping and receiving.

Must have a valid drivers license and be able to meet company driving policy. Climbing into cab of construction equipment and trailers.
