Be the expert on our 3D printers in the field, and the software and hardware that support them. Create action plans and own reporting on customer usage,

Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner. Greet guests and take and deliver beverage orders.

Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Respond to help desk requests after hours during assigned weeks.

Greet and direct internal and/or external partners (e.g., contractors; auditors; vendors) to appropriate locations and/or staff.
