The Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing administrative task of the leadership team; with primary focus on the President of Particle Measuring

Administrative tasks may include: greeting patients and answering telephones, receiving and faxing orders, scanning, email communication, and vendor knowledge.

Duties will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll, payroll taxes, general ledger entries, and answering

License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Recent driving school graduates welcome.

In addition, they must interact with customer's purchasing agents and engineers as well as supplier representatives when obtaining information, pricing or
