We are looking for a Phlebotomy Instructor that has the ability to build rapport with people from different cultures, gender, ethnic & socioeconomic backgrounds to join our team. We have a friendly, entrepreneurial, collaborative, high traffic environment that requires prioritization, flexibility, creative problem-solving, and agility. ***Weekday or Weekend Classes at SF campus leading lectures & labs
***Our school policy requires Faculty & Staff members to show proof of vaccination upon hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Instruct classroom, lectures, and labs in accordance with current curriculum, policies, and safety protocols
- Plan classroom activities based on course outline to ensure content and learning objectives are met
- Provide students with constructive and quality feedback on their clinical progress/performance
- Maintain and administer students' academic and attendance performance
- Ensure that the classroom and school's atmosphere is conductive to maximum learning and retention of students
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate the learning styles of a diverse student enrollment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current CPT-1 license
-Teaching experience required from phlebotomy or other Allied Health role (adult & continuing education, post secondary, etc.). Work experience as a Phlebotomist, Lab Assistant, or Medical Assistant preferred.
-Confident healthcare professional with engaging presentation skills
- Ability to support and mentor individuals to succeed with their career aspirations
- Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication
