Period reporting: Assist with monthly financial submissions to parent company via Hyperion including specialized cash flow and intercompany reporting.

Assist CLS in quality assurance data entry. Bachelor in science / biology / microbiology or similar is required.*. Only full-time employees eligible.

Perform clerical duties including but not limited to answering phones. Electronic filing of tax returns. Schedule appointments, meetings and take messages.

Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries; provide information by answering questions and requests. Proficient in MS Office and database data entry.

Assists with approved research subject recruitment, retention and communication including conducting telephone screens, participating in research marketing
