Primarily provides Tier 1 technical support thru a ticketing system that will require basic troubleshooting skills, Active Directory knowledge, basic networking

Handling and directing a high volume of incoming calls. Preferred knowledge of in-home care or healthcare field. Proficient computer and typing skills.

Must maintain a current license in the state of practice. Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.

Licensing Requirements (position requirements at entry): Valid Alaska drivers license. Knowledge: Basic food service safety and sanitation, National School

Greeting and waiting on guests. Must Be 19 years of age. 1-2 years of serving experience. Evening & Weekend Availability is a must.
