PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE: Providing manufacturing and plant engineering support to the production departments. Leadership of capital and expense engineering projects. Leadership of environmental, health and safety functions within the plant.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

Responsible for providing plant engineering & manufacturing support in the following:

· Equipment installation

· Managing outside vendors & contractors

· Cost Reduction

· Cost Control

· OSHA issues

· Environmental, Health and Safety issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Technology

1+ years Experience in a manufacturing environment (or a combination of comparable education and experience).

Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Drafting/Design experience

AutoCAD experience

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Be able to bend, stoop, twist and stand
