Seven or more years working within the field of software quality assurance, software development or related area of IT. Five years related work experience.

Candidates should have similar experience in a fast-paced environment, always looking to expand their knowledge and enjoy being a part of a team.

Adhere to Customer Elations call-handling expectations, limiting personal bias while answering calls professionally in your own tone.

Washington Drivers license with acceptable and safe driving history. Responds to calls for first-aid and assists to the limit of ability and certification.

Provide support in planning and scheduling meetings and conference calls. The role will be responsible for daily tasks, such as review and update of reports,
