Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or PharmD from accredited School of Pharmacy.

· Current, active, and unrestricted pharmacist license in state of Arizona

· Two years clinical experience or clinical residency program required

· Advanced training in disease management preferred

· Physician group experience a plus

· Bilingual is beneficial
