LANTER DISTRIBUTING, is a leading temperature controlled warehousing and transportation organization needing a Full Time- Experienced CDL Driver Recruiter/HR Admin Assistant at our corporate office located in Madison, IL.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Salary: $45K-$55/K per year--Depending on Experience

Requirements:

• Creatively sourcing, screening and recruiting qualified CDL-A driver candidates for W-2 employment.
• Responsible for processing pre-employment and new hire documents and tracking the employment process including background checks and drug testing
• Responsible for DOT employment verifications
• Maintain compliance with HR and Safety files
• Assist Safety Director with safety audits
• Set up and maintain driver files, enter driver information into fleet software
• Performs other duties as assigned
