The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive: physical assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients and their families.

Current Occupational Therapy License in state employed or license eligible required. Performs on-site job, home, power tools and height evaluations.

Must be available and respond to work related telephone calls during specified hours. Flexible work hours make your own schedule!

Currently working toward a degree in a design related or engineering field is preferred. Create designs in a variety of formats and materials, including
