The Stephanie Ando Agency is a 35 Year, AWARD-WINNING Agency in Jacksonville, Florida. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Licensed Sales Professionals who love insurance to join our agency. In our agency you will sell mostly ALLSTATE...not brokered products!

Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We want highly motivated P&C agents to APPLY TODAY. Our insurance agency is expanding and an LSP position is now available! Insurance sales agents can easily earn an $65-80K plus. Allstate Experience a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming new business sales calls or walk-in business as needed
• Marketing, quoting, rating of new client business and account renewals
• Support and service a wide range of personal lines accounts
• Cross-sell or account rounding as needed ensuring clients have appropriate coverage
• Effectively solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Liaison between clients, producers and insurance company

Requirements include:

• 220, 440, or 20-44 License
• Experience with auto, home, renters, condo, boat, umbrella, flood, rv, etc
• Minimum 1 year P&C Insurance sales required
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Up-to-date technology capabilities with increasing emphasis on paperless environment
• Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter
• Must have transportation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
