Job Title: Executive Assistant

Company: Technology Focused Real Estate Investment Firm

Reports to: CEO

Job Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide full-scale administrative support to the CEO of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and general office management. In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will also be responsible for performing personal tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and running personal errands for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence
  • Maintain and update contact databases and mailing lists
  • Manage and coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials and take minutes of meetings
  • Perform personal tasks such as cooking, light cleaning, laundry, and running personal errands for the CEO
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with calendar and email management tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to perform personal tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and running personal errands
  • Self-aware, self-starter, and able to plan ahead
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Real estate or technology industry experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
