We are currently seeking a Full Time Licensed Physical Therapist, licensed in the state of NJ, to join our team.

At Prime, we schedule 1 - 2 patients an hour, to allow therapists more time with patients. We support our staff by offering a good work play balance and competitive salaries and benefits. Responsibilities and Duties

• Therapists must be organized and diligent with their documentation; Therapists will use WEBPT as an EMR to complete their documentation. Staff training is provided on using WEBPT.
• Therapists will need to develop a plan of care based on physician’s orders and evaluation findings, perform patient evaluations, including all pertinent tests and measurements appropriate for required documentation in a timely manner, communicate in a timely manner with other health care professionals, and adhere to billing compliance standards.
• Therapists will need to communicate and coordinate well with our front office staff.
• Therapists will need to be able to utilize a PT Aide appropriately (there is a PT aide on staff at all times to assist the therapist).

Qualifications and Skills

• Therapists must have a valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License and a valid Driver's license
• Orthopedic outpatient experience is preferred; New Grads welcome
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States as we are not able to sponsor applicants for work visas at this point in time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $105,000.00 per year
