Current Washington State Occupational or Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status). Experience in Hand Therapy, CHT certification preferred.

Candidate must have basic computer knowledge, and have the ability to communicate using radio, telephone and email. A background check will be conducted.

Graduate degree in a behavioral science field; or. Work with the MDT to develop and oversee the living unit behavior management system including any point/level

Data entry, filing, paperwork, bills, budgeting and general office tasks. Child care (occasionally and for brief times only).

Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management. Must have a valid Class A CDL. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
