Provides an accurate number of team members to take care of guests and ensure highest level of guest satisfaction. Should expect to work 50 - 55 hours per week.

_*Valid drivers license and your own dependable car. (Must be available for calls on the Saturday and Sunday of the week your on duty. 9 paid holidays a year.

Must be able to use all hand tools of the trade safely and proficiently. Experience working with other professionals on a construction site.

Reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; skills normally associated with a high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum;

Become familiar with Farm Store policies and products in order to answer customer questions. Maintain front end in clean, orderly condition.
