Snyder Homes - Lead Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will be responsible to efficiently manage the overall quality of construction and ensure the timely completion of new homes at Snyder Homes in accordance with established budgets, policies, procedures, and construction standards.
The lead project manager will be coordinating with Project Managers, Trade Partners, Suppliers, and additional Snyder Homes team members to ensure that each home is following the construction schedule.
This position will require a person to be able to work on different jobsites, and help to coordinate work schedules on each.
The position will require the following skills to be successful:
- Ability to communicate with multiple people every day including customers, project managers, trade partners, suppliers, and team members.
- Residential home construction management experience
- Willingness to support project managers
- Computer skills so that weekly schedules are developed for the company and distributed via email
- Ability to focus on details
This is a fast paced position at Snyder Homes. It will require someone to be willing to take a lead role in the overall production of homes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
