Position Title: Information Technology (IT) Specialist

Terms of Employment: Full Time

Reports To: Vice President of Technology

Work Location: Galloway, NJ (multiple locations)(Minimal travel to Chester, PA may be required)

Job Summary:

To manage the information systems requirements of our client, Atlantic Community Charter School, and other projects as assigned.

Essential Functions:

• Provides help desk support for teachers and staff
• Installs software as needed
• Images computers
• Makes repairs to computers and phone systems and handles all warranty replacements
• Sets up new user accounts
• Manages securities and permissions on databases
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Driver’s license and vehicle required to support multiple locations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• Excellent organizational skills
• NJ Criminal Record Check Clearance
• NJ Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Criminal Background Clearance

Demonstrated Knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Google Admin
• Active Directory
• Windows Server

Demonstrated ability to:

• Manage multiple projects with minimal direction
• Troubleshooting skills with Windows/Mac
• Troubleshoot problems in a broad range of areas including general facilities, computers and telecommunications areas

• Follow written and verbal directions
• Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Read, write, and perform complex computations
• Compose clear, concise sentences and paragraphs
• Organize office settings to efficiently accomplish tasks
• Work independently and make work-related decisions
• Exercise good judgement in prioritizing tasks
• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience level and benefits package offered.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
