What we're looking for in a Human Resources Assistant is someone who is thoughtful, enthusiastic and energetic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department and ensuring the smooth operation of our departmental projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled with computer software and comfortable using the most current technology. We're also interested in speaking to candidates with some background in human resources or an understanding of employment laws.

Responsibilities:

• Organize files, update databases, and input new data based on human resources-related projects.
• Track employee information, including benefits and salary changes.
• Interpret company policies.
• Handle communications with managers and other departments to ensure a smooth work flow.
• Serve as a liaison between employee and HR department.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
