Job Description :

We are looking for a full-time HR associate to join the team. As part of the HR team at APH, you will work for a competent and growing organization where you can further develop your skills.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Business Support: Providing support with current human resource programs.
  • Administrative and Customer Service: Performs various associated HR tasks including assisting on projects, customer service support, and compliance and reporting.
  • Talent Acquisition: Utilizing recruitment technology and systems to support staffing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; Associate degree in business preferred
  • 2 years of recent office administrative experience
  • Experience/proficiency using Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to understand the need for good record keeping and compliance
  • Solid organizational and prioritization skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
