Valid license to practice occupational therapy. Familiarity with ADLs evaluation tools ( e.g. Katz ADL scale, Lawton IADL scale).

Provide exceptional guest services by communicating additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.

Answer telephone calls; direct calls to appropriate staff; transcribe and convey messages. Ability to direct all calls to the appropriate department and staff

Assists practitioner in performance of procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient records and relaying test results.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or any other related field, with a minimum 5 years of professional experience.
