Take verbal orders over the telephone and write down pertinent information. Interact and communicate with others in a courteous and professional manner

Regularly check voicemail system for messages, takes accurate messages from incoming callers, and relays these to the proper management personnel.

Assists Communities with meeting or exceed performance goals, through weekly telephone calls, strategy meetings, and various forms of support.

Work closely with customers on implementation of the algorithms in the Engine Control Module architecture. Develop model-based controls and analyze the behavior
