Valid Illinois Driver's license and auto insurance. As needed, travels to various outpatient care facilities, immediate care centers and/or nursing homes

General clerical duties, including answering and routing phone calls, data entry, photocopying, electronic filing, etc. Conduct and record sample Pull and Boil.

You will be expected to prep all items in the kitchen for the days needs as well as become fully functional on pizza, fryer and grill stations.
