Direct pre-construction meetings with appropriate individuals (project team, owner, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city officials).

Responsible for maintaining knowledge and deployment of policies and procedures used within the department as well as throughout the hospital to address patient

A valid ServeSafe certificate or a valid certificate from a 10-hour approved sanitation class is preferred. Ability to operate all types of kitchen equipment.

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record. Consultative selling and design experience is a plus.
