Seeking a Medical Assistant with 2-5 years of medical office, hospital or clinic experience helpful. We would also consider the following applicants New grads, student enrolled in a credited MA program, LNA, LPN or retired MA, LNA, LPN or RN looking to re-enter the work force.

Certificate of completion of Medical Assistant education required.

Duties include assisting the physician during the patient visit with setting up for procedures, x-rays, dispensing durable medical equipment, stocking and cleaning the treatment rooms, preparing appropriate paperwork, answering any questions the patient may have. Demonstrates ethical and professional conduct at all times including strict adherence to patient privacy and confidentiality (HIPAA). Good communication skills and clear penmanship is required. Looking for a take charge multi-tasker and team player.

The hours of the job are 8:15am-5:00pm flexible Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as needed average total hours per week 24 plus. Extra hours maybe available in our Concord office on Mondays or Fridays as needed and if you are available to work. The Meredith office expects to open 1 extra day starting in July 2023 total days expected 4 days per week for this location.

Salary is based upon experience.

Training will take place in our Concord NH office for the first week starting at 9am.

Criminal background check is required. New hires will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
