Position Summary:
Busy executive with school-age children based on Manhattan's Upper East Side would like to hire an experienced and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant to join their long-term staff and provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fine home and be familiar with reading contracts and creating organizational systems.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will include a variety of administrative functions, including managing the principal's calendar, scheduling appointments, drafting formal correspondence, managing personal projects, and organizing healthcare and financial records. This professional will also arrange sophisticated private travel plans, create itineraries, oversee vendors, and coordinate events and social gatherings.
Qualifications:
Necessary qualifications include strong tech skills (including proficiency with computers and mobile devices, able to troubleshoot household technology, etc.), excellent communication and organizational skills, Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree.Local candidates preferred.
Schedule:
Generally a Monday through Friday schedule, with some flexibility needed for events, travel, etc.
Compensation:
Up to $175,000 per year offered, depending on experience and qualifications, with benefits.
