Role Overview

Seeking a Product leader to help steer the digital transformation underway here at EverView. Do you geek out on system integration, love working alongside development and QA teams, and have a passion for how data analytics can enhance client experiences? This individual-contributor role will be integral in further establishing our client platform experience and helping steer roadmap strategy for the rapidly developing solution.

Primary Responsibilities

The Product Manager, EverView Platform will report to the Product Director, EverView Platform and be responsible for the following areas.

• Maintain the EverView Roadmap. Partner with cross-functional teams, survey the competitive marketplace, deeply understand our customers’ needs, and anticipate emerging technologies to establish the strategic direction of EverView’s unified client platform application and integrations.
• Evangelize the EverView Platform vision. Foster dialogue and understanding across a complex organization, serving as an evangelist for our platform strategy. Seek opportunities to field and incorporate feedback with an objective to deliver best-in-class capabilities.
• Execute the details. Responsible for establishing product requirements and maintaining the product backlog by collaborating with I.T and engineering teams to write story-level detail to be slated in bi-weekly sprint cycles.
• Have a point of view. Be the in-house expert, harnessing experience in application development, integrations, and analytics to gain trust among peers across the organization. Own the detail, supporting internal needs from RFP drafts to educating peers about our solution.
• Be analytically- and iteratively-driven. Harness client feedback data to learn, report and improve on features, processes, and capabilities.
• Support the team. Respond to questions and coordinate internally to unblock in-process work, assist with product release activities, vendor management, and schedule internal requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product management, solution delivery, and/or software integrations.
• 2-3 years of experience managing technical capabilities in the application development space, including experience with integration implementation and maintenance, along with analytics and data platforms.
• Ability to structure client feedback analysis and derive data-driven insights.
• Ability to break-down ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable solutions and insights.
• Ability to build strong relationships within product management team and across key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Design, Technology, Support, Security, and Compliance).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow prescribed processes/best practices to execute large, cross-functional projects.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, is a self-starter, and has an enthusiasm for leading digital transformation.
