Manage YIN contact lists including email communication, phone calls, and scheduling in-person meetings and presentations to various school/student groups.

Basic computer skills and point of sale entry skills. Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons including Philly Banter.

Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Bachelors degree in related field preferred; 3-5 years of IT support experience required.

This a full-time 40+ hour position. Must be 18 years or older. Sales experience is not required. Able to communicate well with customers.

Current valid Florida driver's license. Complete operations reports and balance cash deposits at end of shift. High school diploma or equivalent.
