Job Description
Established Service Company is seeking a Field Service Tech to repair our grocery store customer's Food Prep and Cooking Equipment. This position requires daily driving from site to site responding to Work Orders to repair our customer's equipment.
Territory is Outer banks of Nc. and surrounding area.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge and experience working on Grocery Store Deli, Bakery, and Meat Room Food Prep and Cooking Equipment such as:

o Deli Equipment-fryers, rotisseries, convection ovens, hot display cases, slicers, dish washing machineso Bakery Equipment- ovens, proofers, mixerso Meat Room Equipment- band saws, meat slicers, meat grinders, tenderizersRequirements Mechanical and electrical trouble shooting skills Able to read electrical schematics Able to drive extensively in company owned cargo van in your assigned area Basic computer skills

• Supply your own hand tools
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, ethical, honest, self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Available for weekend, holiday, and after hours' work
• Pass Drug Test, MVR, Background Check

Primary Responsibilities: Repair our customer's commercial Food Prep and Cooking Equipment to their satisfaction Respond to and complete service calls assigned to you Meet our customer's service expectations * Complete electronic service tickets and submit to corporate office

• Maintain excellent customer relations
• Manage parts inventory and company vehicle assigned to you
