Come join us as a Clinical Pharmacist in the H/O Clinic, where our patient-centered and well-rounded teams service the multiple clinical and medication coordination needs within the Specialty Clinics. Our group is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and safety minded candidate to ensure optimal pharmaceutical therapy outcomes with medication management planning and education for our patients and families. We want candidates with a strong passion caring for patients with diverse and complicated disease states in collaboration with providers, nurses, clinical technicians, student interns, and pharmacy residents. Pharmacists with Specialty Pharmacy coordination experience or a Pediatric Residency are highly encouraged to apply!
