This position reports to the Owner of two Hawaii-based companies and will oversee the operations of both businesses on Maui. Ideal candidate is an experienced operations manager who will oversee the daily operations, as well as assist in the development and implementation of strategic growth strategies for both businesses. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Kapalua-based housekeeping, maintenance and owner relations team working to provide a first-class resort experience for our guests and owners, while ensuing our properties are maintained in excellent condition.

In addition, this person will oversee our laundry and dry cleaning plant operations in Wailuku. The position have significant responsibilities in planning, directing, and evaluating all activities within both operations.

Requires the ability to be highly flexible in a constantly changing operating environment and requires the candidate to be on-site with ability to work from both locations, as needed. Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills and are a must, as well as the ability to multitask.

Candidate must be detail-oriented, flexible with work schedule and possess the ability to maintain a positive and energetic work environment while motivating staff and meeting specific company standards. Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Work schedule may include weekends and holidays.
