Job Description :

We are looking for a highly talented XAML Software Developer to join our team. This role is best suited to work out of our Green Bay office.

The XAML Software Developer, will work in conjunction with our team of developers to continue the development of our applications by adding new features, and improving existing features. They will also provide input into software design specifications, analysis, and problem definitions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who gets results through a wide latitude of creativity and technical ability.

XAML Software Developer Responsibilities:

  • Develop UI Solutions shared and deployed to Desktop, Mobile, and Web platforms.
  • Work with Product Owners and Developers in the development and implementation of new features, functionality, and enhancements to existing components
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and technology planning sessions.

XAML Software Developer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree.
  • 2 – 4 years in professional software development.
  • Experience with C#, XAML, MAUI, .NET, SQL, REST or other similar technologies.
  • Experience with Mobile application development a plus but not a requirement.
  • Experience with code review and pair programming.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and passionate problem solver.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Desire to work within a Scrum environment.
  • Lives the values of Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Courage.
  • Exposure to SyteLine, Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak, Fact-Trak a definite plus.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
