Minimum 2-year college degree in any field of study. Reliable vehicle with insurance and acceptable driving record. _*This is not an entry level position*_.

C. Must have a valid state license in Social Work as required by the state in which the Social Worker will be providing services (LMSW or state equivalent).

Minimum 3 years CDL truck driving experience, experience driving a variety of trucks preferred. Must not have any license suspensions within the last 2 years.

Preparing orders for glasses and contact lenses by checking prescriptions, lens thickness and other specifications. Adjusting frames so they fit properly.
