Position available in our Family Owned, Independent Auto Repair facility, for an Automotive Service Adviser candidate to help manage our Service & Repair (and Truck Rental) facility in Shrewsbury. Applicant must have a Happy, Positive, and Friendly personality and a desire to provide our customers with honest and accurate estimates and advice. You must enjoy talking to people and project a genuine caring attitude. You will be interacting with Customers, both in person, and over the phone... Grumpy People need not apply! :)

Additional Qualifications:

-Possess strong work ethic and excellent attendance history.
-Capable of following shop processes & policies 100% of the time.
-Establish rapport and trust with customers.
-Being able to patiently listen to customers and ask probing questions to help diagnose their main concern.
-Communicate well with Technicians and work as a team.
-Offer additional maintenance recommendations and repair services based on the year and mileage of the customer's vehicle.
-Strong organizational skills, detail orientated and process accurate work.
-Ideal candidate must possess a professional and positive manner and appearance at all times.
-Must be computer and email literate, comfortable, and speedy utilizing windows-based applications and typing.

• Making "Next Appointment" reminder phone calls

• Writing up Service Work

• Prepare Service Estimates
• Sell Service Work
• Communicate Sold Work to Technicians
• Track Repair Process and update Customers
