We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual with good audit and digital literacy. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a standout colleague. Prior customer service and data entry experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

This role will provide administrative support and assistance to the Business and Aviation Customer Team in-order-to meet assigned objectives.

The role will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Perform assigned activities per predefined SOPs and work instructions
  • Perform data entry into customer systems and other business management tools and ensure high level of accuracy.
  • Perform entry into paper-based records and transfer physical records between departments.
  • Closely work with client counterparts and resolve any issues in the process.
  • Identify impacts of transaction process followed in customer service on the client business and mitigate potential risks to business
  • Attend customer meetings related assigned business process and supply as the need arises
  • Run reports and present process related data as per customer requirement.
  • Generate invoices for non-customer billed accounts and support customer billed accounts as required.
  • Resolve billing disputes.
  • Record monthly web billing completions for both customer and client billed accounts.
  • Utilize Dashboards and billing utilities to ensure monthly hours have been submitted.
  • File all CPM approved invoices and cost data documents.
  • Provide pricing and draft invoicing for supplemental invoices using Client systems and published catalog.
  • Customer Connect workflow support and loading. Utilized web-based work flow form.
  • Track inputs to completions to ensure timely approvals.
  • Load the OAR workflow upon approval of the KYC/Customer Connect as part of the OAR setups and Web Invoicing setups process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new contracts and Novations.
  • Utilize the Program Manager Access Database and Salesforce to track and support the onboarding process, submit required data to appropriate internal departments and monitor progress.
  • Administrative support as required for commercial invoices, document returns, paper and electronic documents, filing, data uploads in relevant systems, past dues monitoring and contract escalations.
  • Formulate and maintain up-to-date training for the assigned position.
  • Work with client stakeholders to produce process improvements focused on improved customer service.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good Interpersonal, Time Management & Planning skills
  • MS Excel, beginner to intermediate
  • Basic usage of the Microsoft Office Suite Preferred qualifications
  • Customer Service experience
  • Previous billing our accounting experience
