We are looking for a fun energetic person to join our team as the Assistant Activities Coordinator. We are looking for vibrant and dynamic personalities with a lot of energy and a sincere passion for working with seniors and helping them enjoy life! You will help execute all of the activities and be part of the events and get help get the residents involved and have fun!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Activities Director with events and activities
• Be involved in planning events and activities
• Create a fun environment for the residents
• Be a liaison for the residents and the activities director
• Participate in events and activities
• Lead or run activities and events
• Go with residents to the store, (example)
• Go bowling with the residents, (example)
• Run bingo, (example)
• Run karaoke, (example)

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in High School or a High school diploma
• Ability to communicate in English
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Organized and Friendly worker
• Good follow up and follow through
• Able to take and follow directions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
