Successful candidates will have previous experience in performing the following:

• Day-to-day accounting within manufacturing with ability to manage the job review process (month end journals, fixed assest depreciation, accruals, financial statements, cash management)
• Budget analysis, forecasting and scrap inventory and labor reporting
• Previous supervisory experience (min 1 year)

Candidate skills will include:

• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in accounting with knowledge of GAAP
• Cost accounting (margin/profitability)
• Strong Excel skills with ERP knowledge
• Ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization
• Ability to influence and manage organizational growth and change
