Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

Responsible for repairing & rebuilding electric motors for various industries. Managing in-shop repairs and new motor distribution sales. Building and maintaining a culture around values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Sales & Customer Service – Managing incoming sales leads. Presents optimal customer problem resolution. Manage office Customer Service personnel. Ensures a high priority towards building the business and customer base. Oversees customer quote requests with a sense of urgency

Operations – Managing shop team of five Mechanics; hiring, training, and evaluating new employees. Supervise daily duties of personnel, directing the overall maintenance and upkeep of all shop departments.

Financials – Proactively monitor key financials, sales, cost, operating, and customer service trends and make adjustments as needed. Must be able to work within budgetary guidelines set forth by Management

Safety – Responsible for maintaining an environment in accordance with established OSHA requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment.

Must Haves:

· Strong communication skills with all employees from Executive Management to shop personnel.

· Demonstrate management skills such as leadership, planning, organization, resource, and talent management.

· Analyze financial data to optimize operational and sales efforts.

· Demonstrate ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence.

· Develop and maintain key customer relationships.

· Excellent verbal and written communication

Qualifications and Competencies:

BA/BS Degree or 5 years of combined experience in management or operations

Background experience with motor repair and rebuilding a plus

Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

Salary: $90k-$95k
