Answers telephone in a courteous and friendly manner including but not limited to giving store greeting, directions to store location, receiving and filling

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
