Customer Service Representative Reports To:

This position will report to the president of the company.

Job Overview:

PestWest USA LLC is a global manufacturing company located in Sarasota, FL. We are looking for an experienced, professional, customer care representative and office manager to join our team. This key position is the FIRST face/voice that clients interact with when calling the corporate office, so first impressions are critical.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answer incoming calls.
• Deliver professional, courteous service to customers.
• Manage customer questions, concerns & inquiries.
• Enter all incoming orders from web, fax, telephone, email or online retail partners.
• Assist customers with warranty claim processing.
• After orders have shipped, follow up with tracking #'s, and required information.
• Assist outside sales teams by shipping out supplies, literature and samples.
• Draft quotes for customers and follow up on sales requests.
• Draft letters and emails.
• Create spreadsheets and data tables.
• Maintain an accurate database of vendor and customer contacts.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong Customer Satisfaction skills with the ability to be friendly, patient, and professional in all situations.
• Fast learner.
• Bilingual preferred with strong English and Spanish skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
